The house costs €90.- per night. (€630.- per week)
Please add €60.- for the final cleaning. Linen and towels are complimentary.
Although Sicily is known for its 'eternal spring' in winter (15.nov - 15.mar) it can get coolish even inside the house.
It can be heated only with electric and gas furnaces and by burning wood in the fireplace.
We therefore are looking for long-term tenants who book the house for several weeks or months.
The rent will be reduced considerably, but we have to bill energy costs. Please ask for further details.
