2009 Prices
The flat on the 1st floor costs €50,- per night.
The flat on the 3rd floor costs €60,- per night.
Prices apply whether you come alone or if you are four people.
No additional charges. Linen and towels are complimentary.
Please note that in sicilian cities water shortage can occur.
Although Sicily is known for its 'eternal spring' in
winter (15.nov - 15.mar) it can get coolish even inside the house.
It can be heated only with electric and gas furnaces. We therefore are
looking for long-term tenants who book the flat for several weeks or months.
The rent will be reduced considerably, but we have to bill energy costs.
